I just sat my Junior Cert Home Economics Examination. I found the exam quite well. I thought most of the questions were easy enough besides the question on the crackers where we had to write and explain four nutritional Values for the crackers. Although it was tough, I thought I answered the question very well! I’m kinda sad the diagram of the egg did not come up as I know it off by heart. I also found there were very few questions on food. It was mainly the consumer which I’m kinda sad about. I wish they tested us on all the stuff we covered in order to balance it out. I also thought the cracker question was very different from what we were used to. It was the first time we asked an essay question. Overall I think I answered the questions very well. I am happy about it l!
